Alex was a bit higher than the other 2 prices that we had received. However, upon meeting Alex, my wife and myself were very impressed with his presentation. We proceeded to hire him, and as it turned out, we made the correct decision. We had a water pipe freeze and burst while we were out of town for the weekend, and as a result of the leak, our entire 1st floor ceiling as well as several walls, were severely damaged. Alex and his crew were there by the end of the week and proceeded to remove much of the drywall and insulation. They basically had our entire 1st floor wrapped with plastic while they demolished the areas. Alex was very adamant about making sure to stop and prevent further mold growth. They sprayed some type of solvent and thoroughly cleaned all of the affected areas. He set up blowers to help dry the areas quicker, and we ran them for several days. Not more than 2 weeks later, the guys were back and they replaced the insulation and drywall that they had previously removed. They also went around, inspecting and securing several areas of drywall that were loose. Then they proceeded to paint the entire first floor.  Now the place looks better than ever!  We have dealt with several contractors in the past, but we highly recommend Alex and his crew! They were able to deliver more than we expected and we will certainly be using them in the future!
